- October 2019, 100 points penalty for inactivity longer than 1 year applied to Northern Mariana Islands.
- Improvement in the ranking formula, previous months recalculated.

- September 2019, 100 points penalty for inactivity longer than 1 year applied to the following nations: New Zealand, Sao Tome & Principe, Zanzibar, Chad, Eritrea, Cook Islands.

- August 2019, added friendly match Djibuti-Somalia (played on july 22, 2019) and fixed ranking.

- July 2019, Reunion entering in the ranking for the first time.

- July 2019, African Cup of Nations 2019 in Egypt.
- July 2019, Pacific Games 2019 in Samoa. Games involving New Zealand excluded from the calculation, reason u23 team used. Games involving Tuvalu excluded from the calculation, reason according to my sources Tuvalu is no more an associate OFC member.

- July 2019, Concacaf Gold Cup 2019 in United States.

- July 2019, Conmebol Copa America 2019 in Brazil.
- June 2019, fixed ranking after the inclusion of the two friendly matches between Cayman Islands and Cuba, played on 29 and 31 May.

- May 2019, Tuvalu excluded from the ranking. Informations received about the cessation of the provisional OFC membership.
- May 2019, improvement in the ranking formula. Previous months recalculated.

- March 2019, fixed ranking after change of the result for the match Barbados-Granada (friendly match, awarded 3-0 win for Barbados).
- 2019-02-02, AFC Asian Cup 2019 in the United Arab Emirates.

- November 2019, fixed ranking after change of the result for the match Guyana-Barbados (Concacaf Nations League qualifiers, awarded 3-0 win for Guyana).
